Guidelines

  • Please arrive to class 5 minutes early.
  • Kindly follow a smart casual dress code and wear comfortable attire suitable for dancing freely.
  • Ensure your clothing is clean, tidy, and presentable.
  • We recommend wearing dance shoes or sneakers with clean, non-marking soles. If you don't have dance shoes, any other clean and comfortable footwear is acceptable.
  • Please maintain a pleasant scent and respect personal space.
  • You're welcome to bring friends or a partner; please ensure they register for the class beforehand. Bringing a friend is optional, as we rotate dance partners to practice various leading and following techniques.
  • Drop-in Class: If you'd like to join on a drop-in basis, it's Rs. 650 per person per hour. Please register on +91 9820847636 for the drop-in session.
  • Missed Class Policy: If you miss a class, you can attend one session in the next cycle of the same level, allowing you to carry over one missed class.
  • Any harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the class without a refund.
  • We offer individual one-on-one lessons at Rs. 2500 per person or Rs. 3500 per couple/two persons.

Mary Lobo

Mary, a passionate dancer from the vibrant city of Mumbai, began her dance journey in 2007. For over a decade, she has been orchestrating Latin Nights every Wednesday in Mumbai.

Salsa Nights at Shiro Mumbai once reigned as a popular Salsa social for over half a decade, succeeded by the Fun Republic Social in Andheri. Now, the same enthusiasm and vigor permeate AntiSOCIAL Mumbai.

Mary has demonstrated her talent on the dance floor in Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and various other workshops. Her dance odyssey has taken her to Angola, Puerto Rico, Miami, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Brussels, New York, UAE, UK, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Spain, Russia, Africa, and Asia, allowing her to refine her skills. Her deep belief in Latin and Kizomba dance emanates from a profound sense of gratitude for the art form.

Mary has also imparted her knowledge and performed at numerous Dance Festival. Her philosophy is grounded in the simple notion that "Once you desire to dance, start dancing."
